What primary services do you offer?
We offer online, one-on-one tutoring services. We use the Zoom Platform for virtual face-to-face instruction. We specialize in academic support and instruction such as phonics, reading, writing, and math. We also provide homework support and study sessions.
What are the rates of your services?
$20 per 40 minute session
What type of feedback do you provide?
Parents will receive feedback after each class on student performance and suggestions for targeted practice at home.
How are tutors chosen?
Our tutors hold a current teaching license and a bachelor’s degree in education or a related field.
How do I schedule a tutoring session?
Parents can use the Vcita client portal to schedule available time slots, request future bookings, upload assignments, and make payments.
What are your terms and conditions?
Our teachers make a professional effort to be efficient with their time and yours. We ask that you attend each session that you book. We realize that circumstances may take place that are beyond your control. If a client cannot attend a session, please make every effort to reschedule your appointment with a minimum of 24 hours notice.
Clients who cancel within 24 hours of a tutoring session, or fail to attend a tutoring session without notice, will be charged a full rate.
